Our sitters are, reliable and experienced carers who have all undergone police and reference checks. We have a great selection of talented sitters for all ages and most are parents themselves.
We provide daytime, evening and overnight care for all ages, from newborns to teenagers.
All our sitters hold full driving licences and are able to provide their own transport. Behind the scenes, they are fully supported 24 hours a day in case of emergency.
Lake Wanaka Babysitting have many return clients and we are always willing to work with you to meet your needs. Whether you’re tying the knot, hitting the slopes, having a day on the lake, or a well-deserved "date night", one of our sitters will come to your home or accommodation.

Rates
For each sitter there is a $20.00 agency fee (per day)
Hourly rates as listed below.
Daytime/Evening: $18.00 per hour
After midnight: $25.00 per hour
Minimum booking is 3 hours.
Please Note
If more than one family is sharing a sitter there is an additional charge of $7 per hour per family.
Maximum 4 children per sitter. Travel charges may apply.
Surcharge applies on public holidays and New Years Eve - New Years Eve and public holiday rates = $25 per hour and $30 per hour after midnight. With New Years Eve bookings a $50 non refundable deposit is required.
Our sitters are busy people - a cancellation fee of $50 applies to all sits cancelled within 48 hours of the booked time.
